ASUS Warranty Check
You check your ASUS warranty on ASUS’s own page: type the serial number and it shows when cover ends. Here is where to find the serial number, what the standard warranty and paid extensions cover, and what to do when it isn’t found.
How do I check my ASUS warranty?
- Find the serial on the label, the box or the warranty card, or in the MyASUS app.
- Open the Warranty Status Inquiry, type the serial, tick the box agreeing to share it under the privacy policy, and submit.
- The result is a guide only: without an invoice on file, the warranty counts from the delivery date ASUS has for that serial, which can be earlier than the day you bought it.
Where is the serial number?
On a label on the laptop, the box or the warranty card. On the laptop: the MyASUS app.
Can I extend the ASUS warranty?
- Premium Care. An extension for laptops, bought within the warranty period and only once. Up to three years in total on standard laptops and five on business models. To buy it in MyASUS, set the app to the region where you bought the laptop.
What if the serial number isn't found, or the date looks wrong?
Date too early? Choose “Update invoice” and upload proof of purchase (JPG, PNG, GIF or JP2, under 10 MB); a reply comes by email. If the option is missing, your country doesn’t take uploads.
Is the warranty two years?
It’s printed on the sticker on the back: 24M means 24 months, 36M means 36.
Why is my warranty shorter than expected?
Without an invoice on file it counts from the delivery date ASUS has for that serial. Upload the invoice with “Update invoice” to correct it.

Keep the ASUS warranty date with the device
Forward the receipt to AssetJay and it files the purchase date with the asset, plus the serial if the receipt lists one. If the receipt doesn't give a warranty length it assumes one year, and it emails you 30, 7 and 1 day before the warranty ends.
