I ran a company that deployed hundreds of IoT devices across multiple sites. When it came time to account for everything, I realised nobody actually knew where half of it was. The spreadsheet was months out of date, receipts were scattered across inboxes, and warranty claims were a guessing game. I built AssetJay so that never happens to another small team.

Small teams track equipment in spreadsheets nobody maintains. When someone leaves or something breaks, nobody knows who has what, where the receipt is, or if the warranty is still valid. AssetJay makes it fast to log things when you buy them and nudges you before you forget. It takes 30 seconds to add an asset, and the app stays out of your way until you actually need it.
How we handle your data
Hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL)
Your data lives in a dedicated PostgreSQL database managed by Supabase, with automatic backups and point-in-time recovery.
Encryption at rest and in transit
All data is encrypted on disk (AES-256) and every connection uses TLS. Nothing travels in plain text.
Magic link authentication
No passwords stored. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Nothing to leak, nothing to forget.
Third parties we use
Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Anthropic (AI extraction only, your data is not used for training).
Honest about SOC 2
Built on SOC 2-compliant infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe). We don’t have our own certification yet.
